EAA !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! that the only remaining airworthy !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! will be landing on Lake Winnebago and docking at EAA’s Seaplane Base for AirVenture 2016. The massive waterbomber will also be flying demos throughout the week.
Visiting the Seaplane Base is one of the few things I haven’t done in my 20+ years of attending AirVenture. Looks like this is the year to check that off the list.

You’re really trying to get me to go to EAA, aren’t you. What are the dates?

7/25 - 7/31
You know you want to.

I wish there was more than one that is airworthy.

I’m surprised there’s only one left. Those are useful aircraft.

If my dad still has his plane I want to make it out to AirVenture. (I say it that way cause hes been flying copters lately, and if his record has anything to say... a copter may be on the horizon)

Only made 7 of them to begin with.

You can still fly a copter to Oshkosh. Even from France:

I need to get a ride on this.

I’d settle for letting it suck me up and dump me back in the lake.

My brother and I are planning on attending our first Airventure this year. Unfortunately we'll be driving because his plane isn't finished yet

You’ll love it. I’ve been going since the early 90s and I have yet to get tired of it.
